Veronica initially joined Techforce to provide onsite representation in one of the largest vehicle manufacturing facilities in Texas, on San Antonio’s South side. She is not a newcomer to the Production industry, having spent almost 4 years in a similar role observing, analyzing, and defining processes in direct support of a major client located at the plant. Her talent lies in applying the kaizen concept in all of her responsibilities to organize, improve, and expedite even the smallest functions. Her philosophy in managing a workforce of 100+ includes leading by example, being the first to volunteer to serve, and leaving team members with the sense that she’s made a difference for them at the end of the day. In less than one year, Veronica has transitioned into our Branch Operations Manager role at our southside branch location.
