Rafael joined TechForce in 2015 to recruit and staff locally for an international Call Center operation. Soon after, he transitioned into an On-site Client Manager. In this position, he provides onsite representation in one of the largest vehicle manufacturing facilities in Texas, on San Antonio’s South side. Rafael has over 17 years in the financial industry which includes business development, recruiting, management, training, and service/sales. He prides himself in helping make a difference in everyone’s life that he meets. In his down time he enjoys spending time with family.
