Gilbert Navarrette, Sergeant First Class, USA Retired, joined Tri-Starr in 2014 as Director of Operations. With over twenty years of military experience in Human Resources and Recruiting Management, Gilbert brings the leadership skills necessary to provide strategic direction and progressive leadership for the Operations teams. He is responsible for client retention and ensures delivery of quality services through effective and efficient operational management. During his military career, Gilbert was recognized with the coveted Glen E. Morrell Medallion for Recruiting excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Capella University.
